This recipe comes to us from Ginny Watson of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. It makes x delicious doughnuts.
In an electrical skillet or deep fryer, heat the oil to 350°F.
Split up biscuits and press each one with the palm of your hand. You want to slightly flatten the dough into a disc shape.
In one case the biscuits are prepped, fry a few of them at a time until golden dark-brown—about 1 infinitesimal per side. One time cooked, remove the doughnuts from the oil and drain 'em on paper towel.
Cut a small hole in the tip of a pastry bag and insert a small pastry tip. (Don't accept a pastry bag? Buy i here.) Make full the bag with jam. And then, with a pocket-size pocketknife, pierce a hole into the side of each doughnut and add together the jam.
